Registration: 
Opens 6.45am and closes by 7.20am Crew lists are to be entered via Revolutionise Sport. Changes to crew lists up until registration opens. 
Clubs are to print their own crew lists (1 copies required) along with a Full Participants’ List to bring to the regatta and to be handed in at registration. Non DBQ registered paddlers must sign the Participant’s List 
No crew lists will be printed by the event organisers 
 
Closing Date: Submit all team entries via Revolutionise Sport by Friday  10th January 2025 NO LATER 
 
 Any changes to the final draw will be communicated at the Sweeps and Managers briefing on race day. 
Race Results To be posted on Coomera Dragons Facebook Page 
Team Managers/ Sweeps Briefing: 7.30am 
Races Commence: Marshalling at 7.45am for race one at 8.00am. 
Race Distances: - 2000 metres (20’s mixed crews only) - 200m sprints 
 
Categories: 
200m 20’s and 10’s for Mixed Women and Opens &10s BCS  
A minimum of three entries is required to run each category 
 
Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd placing.
